Privacy notice for our website

This page explains what happens to your information when you visit wowment.ai, fill in our enquiry form or email us. It takes about three minutes to read.

The short version

We only collect what you send us. If you fill in our form or email us, we keep your details so we can reply.

We use it to answer you, send the information you asked for, or arrange a demo. That's it.

We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

You're in control. You can ask to see your information, correct it, or have it deleted at any time.

This website is run by Wowment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13497673) and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC177136). Our registered office is 2 Lakeview Stables, Lower St. Clere, Kemsing, Sevenoaks, Kent TN15 6NL.

For the information described on this page, Wowment Ltd is in charge of your information (the "controller"). You can contact us about anything on this page at support@wowment.ai.

What we collect

You fill in our enquiry formYour name, your organisation, your work email address, whether you'd like a demo or information, and whether you'd like to hear from us about Wowment. Anything else you choose to tell us.
You email us or reply to usYour email address, your name and what you write to us, plus any details in your email signature.
We have a demo or a callNotes of what we discussed and anything we agreed to follow up.
You visit the websiteBasic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Our website host collects this to keep the site running and secure. The site also uses cookies, which section 6 explains.

Please don't send us sensitive information about the young people or service users you work with through the website. If we need it later, we'll agree a secure way to share it.

"Legitimate interests" means we have a sensible business reason to use your information, and we've checked it doesn't unfairly affect you. You can object at any time (see section 8).

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share it with the technology providers we use to run our business, who can only use it on our instructions:

  • Kajabi, which hosts this website and runs the enquiry form. Enquiries are stored in our Kajabi account.
  • Google Analytics, which tells us how people use the website.
  • Our email provider (Microsoft 365), which holds the emails we send and receive.
  • Our internal CRM, where we keep track of enquiries and conversations.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on our pages. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which means Google receives your IP address.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in, or store information in, the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's approved data transfer agreements.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser.

How long we keep things

  • Enquiries: we keep your enquiry and our replies for up to 2 years after we were last in touch, then delete them.
  • If your organisation becomes a customer: we keep business contact details for as long as we work together, and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting reasons.
  • Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a note of your email address, so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it
  • ask us to delete it
  • object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use
  • stop marketing emails at any time

To use any of these rights, email support@wowment.ai. We'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Keeping your information safe

Your information is held on secure, access-controlled systems, and only the people who need it to reply to you can see it. We check our technology providers before we use them.

Changes to this page

If we change anything important, we'll update this page and the version number at the top. The date tells you when it last changed.
